WHATS GOING ON WITH THE FLAVOR BAN?

Is it CANCELED, or just DELAYED?

• FDA Says "no answer yet"
• Trump Says he's focused on "saving jobs"
• EVALI (Vaping Lung Disease) has been linked directly to THC (Not Nicotine!)

Let's call it some positive developments for us, the adult consumers of nicotine e-liquid that we choose to use instead of smoking.

Are we out of the woods yet, well no, but...

We do have some positive signs from Washington on several fronts, most importantly, there still is no flavor ban!

Further - the government may be backing off the flavor ban, or at least some aspects of it. Trump seems aware of and concerned about hitting Vaper's who vote, and all the workers in the industry who vote.

Lastly - the CDC is slowly, but surely narrowing in on black market THC vape cartridges that contain Vitamin E acetate as the primary cause for the EVALI (vaping lung disease) outbreak. 

Just to make sure you know, we DON'T use Vitamin E acetate or anything like it in our formula's. We have not had a single complaint of any type of lung issues from our juice in the 7 years we've been making it.
